Journey to Presence

Journey to Presence

Over the course of 4 weeks, you are invited to cultivate a ritual of presence and stillness with 3 on-demand yoga and Yoga Nidra classes to follow each week. The heart of the philosophical teachings of yoga are the abundance of tools that this powerful discipline can offer you to help you enjoy the simplicity of the present moment, rather than ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. This on-demand and free program invites you each week to follow a one-hour gentle yoga class, a 30 to 40 minute grounding and strengthening yoga class and a Yoga Nidra meditation. Each class guides you through a calming and relaxing sequence to enhance your awareness of the breath and to offer you a sense of grounding in the present moment. Take the journey towards a more present state of being.

There is an online portal for this program. Join here for extra features including educational videos, journalling prompts and daily reminders πŸ‘‰ https://www.ailsaburns.com/challenge-page/journeytopresence.
