1 hour Grounding Gentle Yoga Flow. I've incorporated lots of moments throughout the class to come back to the breath, to notice your connection the earth and to feel present in your body and mind. A grounding yoga sequence is a wonderful style of yoga to practice if you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed and stressed. The nature of the class reminds you to feel the support of the earth underneath you whilst helping to move you away from any overwhelming thoughts so that you can connect to your physical body. This is epitome of an embodied yoga practice!
