In this 30 minute Gentle Yoga Flow, I guide you through a yoga sequence that is designed for anyone who spends most for their day sat down. This sequence will stretch and create openness in the chest, shoulders and upper back as well allow you to strengthen the core, which is important for the health and mobility of the spine. The yoga class closes with hip stretches, which are great for releasing tension in the lower back, hips and legs. The entire yoga class leaves you with a full body stretch and this sequence is perfect for doing everyday before you begin or after you have finished your work day. I hope you enjoy!
