In this 30 minute Hatha Yoga class, I guide you through a gentle stretching yoga sequence for the hip flexors. You might experience tightness in this part of the body if you work at a desk, spend a lot of time driving and/or do a lot of running and cycling. Building flexibility in this muscle can also make it easier to sit cross-legged and this is especially beneficial if you practise meditation in a seated position.
