1 hour Gentle Yoga Flow and Yoga Nidra for Relaxation. This yoga class begins with 40-45 minutes of gentle, meditative and slow yoga to help you relax your body and calm the mind. To close the yoga sequence, I guide you through a 10 minute Yoga Nidra which is a form of guided meditation taken lying down. This extremely accessible form of yogic sleep helps to illicit the relaxation nervous system response and is a deeply nourishing practice to help you reduce stress and relax, whilst rejuvenating the whole body.
