This 1 hour 9 minutes Vinyasa Flow sequence focuses on the upper body. This class will build strength, mobility and flexibility in the upper body. The upper body is a great area to focus on if you spend a lot of time at a desk as it will help to open up the chest, allowing you to breathe more fully and more deeply. Focusing on the upper body also helps you to strengthen the muscles in this part of the body to support your posture. Shoulder stand is included at the end of the class to prepare you for your Savasana and Legs Up the Wall is offered as an alternative to this pose.
