In this Vinyasa Flow Yoga class, I guide you through a 30 minute yoga sequence themed around the Air Element. In the yoga tradition, there are five elements and each element is associated with a different part of the body. The Air Element is linked to the chest, shoulders and upper back and therefore, this yoga class will stretch and strengthen this part of the body. This element is also linked to the lungs and the breath because when we have both flexibility and strength in the upper back and chest, we can breath deeply and more fully. Throughout this class, I encourage you to use the breath as a focus point and as a tool to be present. I hope you enjoy!
