Join me for a grounding 30 minute yoga class. During this 30 minute yoga practice, I will guide you through a yoga sequence that is designed to help you feel more present, more grounded and more relaxed. I have included poses that build strength in the body as well as poses that will stretch out the body, leaving you feeling reset and rejuvenated. As always, I include a thoughtful quote at the end of the class and a deeply relaxing and restful Savasana.
