Join me for a 1 hour Hip Opening Intermediate Vinyasa Flow yoga class. This class is focused on the theme of tension. Often in our day to day lives, we don't realise how much tension we are holding onto in the body. Yoga can be a powerful tool for noticing where we are holding onto tension and can help us to relax and soften this tension. This class is building up and preparing the body for One Legged Pigeon pose, a deep hip opening pose that increases the external range of motion of the hips and lengthens the hip flexors.
