Do you struggle to un-wind and relax before sleep? In this 20 minute Gentle Yoga Flow, I guide you through a deeply relaxing and calming yoga sequence to help prepare you for sleep. I include a short Savasana at the end of the class and then I guide you out of the Savasana so that you can transition into your bed. I hope you enjoy!
