20 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga for the Chest & Shoulders. This yoga class is a short and sweet but powerful practise. This yoga sequence would work well in the morning or at anytime during the day if you are looking to energise the body and calm the mind. Even though it is very short at 20 min, I still include a deeply relaxing Savasana at the end. I hope you enjoy!
