This 45 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class is themed around the Air Element. In the yoga tradition, there are five elements associated with different aspects of your mental and spiritual life and different aspects of your physical body. The Air Element is linked to the shoulders, chest and upper back and therefore, this energising and invigorating class will stretch and strengthen this part of the body. It is also linked to the lungs and the breath and therefore this yoga sequence is all about using the breath as a focus point of yoga practice. I hope you enjoy! 🥰🙏
