This class is a 1 hour Hatha Yoga sequence themed around hip rotation. The class will focus on especially on external rotation of the hips and prepare your body for Pigeon Pose. There will be a couple of variations of Pigeon Pose included; one that builds strength and stability in the hips and another variation called Sleeping Pigeon that allows you to stretch out the hips.
