This 40 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class guides you with a soothing voice over and minimal cues so that can immerse yourself in this moving meditation. The sequence begins with a short breathwork (or pranayama) practice and is followed by a thorough warm up to prepare the body and mind for the flowing stretching and strengthening standing sequence. The class concludes with backbends and seated poses to prepare for a soothing and relaxing Savasana. The Savasana is accompanied with some gentle music so that you can relax back into this pose and after several minutes, you are guided out of the Savasana so that you can continue with the rest of your day.
