Join me for a yoga class designed especially for runners. This yoga class will help to build strength and flexibility in the hips, the legs, the ankles and the feet. I also include core strengthening poses to help with posture and poses to help improve flexibility in the upper body, helping you to breath more fully and more deeply. As always, I include a thoughtful quote at the end of the class and a deeply relaxing and restful Savasana.
