I designed this 30 minute Vinyasa Flow Yoga class for the morning so that you can take some time to begin your day with silence and stillness. Our modern lives can be filled with busy-ness and a constant background noise. It might be quite rare for you to truly experience stillness in your day. This yoga practice will encourage you to nurture stillness in your yoga practice and perhaps that will radiant beyond this morning yoga class and into the rest of your day.
