The Mountain

Feel steady and strong in body and mind, like a Mountain. These 30 minute yoga classes are designed to help you feel more present, more grounded and more relaxed and will complement a morning or evening yoga practice. Each class will help you to practise regulating your nervous system. You can expect pranayama (breathwork) to begin, a warm up which prepares the body for an energising peak where you will build strength and heat and then cool down into a long and luxurious Savasana. The Mountain aims to soothe and ground so that you are body is guided into the rest and digest nervous system response.
