This class is a Gentle Hatha Yoga Flow to slowly and gently wake you up and re-energise you. This sequence begins with a thorough seated warm up which focuses especially on the upper chest, shoulders and upper back. As you begin, there is an emphasis on moving slowly so that you are gently guided from stillness into movement. There will be a peaceful and grounding quality to this class with plenty of time for stillness in your Savasana.
